ICT Project Process

• Start
• Sales confirm PO and quotation, and inform starting project
• Customer need supply final CAD,BOM, Schematic, clarify special requirement if have，one golden board and one bare board
• Prepare：AE will run out program structure file and fixture files
• Fixture building：Fixture house drilling, milling, wiring and assembling fixture
• Program build：Upon structure of program, finish analog, digital programming, also library setup
• Integrate：Integrate program and fixture on the ICT
• QA and shipping：Quality checking, packaging and shipping
• On site debug：On site fine tuning with volume boards to make sure stability and coverage, close acceptance
• Warranty：One year warranty service
